TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of the RUCKUS app ("RUCKUS"), provided by Rethinking Studio. By downloading or using RUCKUS, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RUCKUS on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions (RUCKUS PRO)

• RUCKUS PRO is an auto-renewing subscription offered as annual or weekly plans, with an optional free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Alarm reliability

⚠️ RUCKUS uses Apple's AlarmKit to ring through silent mode and Focus, but no software alarm is guaranteed. Device power, system state, and OS behaviour can affect delivery. Do not rely solely on RUCKUS for safety-critical wake-ups.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it in any unlawful way.

Disclaimer & liability

RUCKUS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rethinking Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including missed alarms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
